New senior appointment to accelerate Lanner growth strategy

Lanner has made a senior appointment to accelerate its international growth strategy. Hussain Mirza Joins Lanner as Business Development Director to drive adoption of its cloud based predictive simulation application platform.

Lanner, the world leading provider of predictive simulation software, today announced the appointment of Hussain ‘Mirz’ Mirza as international business development director. Mirz is responsible for driving adoption of  Lanner’s cloud-based simulation platform, enabling analytical models to be deployed across the enterprise as easy to use cloud applications, putting insight and foresight directly in the hands of those making investment choices and critical business decisions. With over 10 years of experience developing business channels internationally, Mirz will support Lanner’s go-to-market growth strategy.

Mirz joins from RequirementONE where he held an interim role as Head of Sales International. Prior to that he was Senior VP for Trillium Software, a division of Harte Hanks (HHS), where he was responsible for both direct and indirect revenues across Europe, Asia and Latin America. In this role he turned around an underperforming division into Harte Hanks’ most profitable business unit. Prior to this Mirz was instrumental in two pre-IPO companies, one which achieved flotation and the other a private sale.
