Winter Simulation Conference Planning needed NOW!

It may only be March but the deadline to submit papers for December's WinterSim Conference is fast approaching.

The crazy world of planning to present at the Winter Simulation conference in December is with us again. Papers for this year’s conference need to be submitted by the 1st April – that’s full papers – not just abstracts!

As a simulation practitioner this is a great conference to be part of, it’s the largest gathering of the year of like-minded academics and business people. The range of topics is vast and as always discrete event simulation modelling, which is the type that WITNESS excels at, is to the fore.

At the last two WinterSim conferences in Phoenix and Berlin, Lanner has presented both project work (LNG terminal planning) and general product presentations – if you’d like to see these papers please let us know – we’d be happy to link you in.

We’d love to see YOU put a paper in for WinterSim – this year located very close to the White House in Washington. If we can help in any way please let us know – in the past we’ve co-authored papers and know how to do this quickly and efficiently. Practical papers of real solutions are a particular favourite of mine so I’ll help if I can, just email me at twaller@lanner.com
