Front line customer support specialist                POSITION NOW FILLED

This is a customer facing role providing the primary point of contact between the company and its software customers.

The job is varied, it primarily involves handling incoming customer software support questions; whilst also proactively contacting selected customers to ensure they are satisfied and their product knowledge is current. Directly interfacing to the customer, you will perform a pivotal role between business and customer needs, managing expectations professionally. Maintaining close working relationships with the customer, finance department, sales and internal specialist support functions will be key. The role also provides first line support to resellers and partners worldwide.
Special Requirements
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Demonstrable experience in software support or internal software sales role

- To have used a CRM system, preferably Salesforce.com.

- Able to deal with customer issues whilst maintaining a positive attitude.

- An effective communicator with good diagnostic and problem solving skills.

- Highly motivated and customer focused with good organisational skills.

- Strong ability to independently learn new software and drive own development
French language skills would be an advantage
